The current version incorporates the release versions listed below 4.0.0518 Fixed: 1.) Directory permissions in some cases not correctly set on Windows XP systems. This has now been corrected in the installation program. 2.) Editor toolbar not displayed correctly in IE8. The editor skin has

been updated to correctly display in IE8. 4.0.0420 Fixed: 1.) Under certain conditions at close of tender some unsubmitted bids were left incomplete. These are now automatically set to NO BID submitted. 2.) When multiple versions of the .NET Framework has been installed on the computer, the application might fail to run if a lower version framework was found. This has now been corrected in the installation program to correctly set the required .NET Framework version.
